Process was very straightforward and simple. Department reached out with interview on MS Teams. Interview was online. HR reached out after with decision within the same day and to talk about the organizational details.

At first, quick HR interview with the purpose of understanding the demands of the both sides. It is followed by technical interview and project presentation to department manager. Several technical questions are also asked.
