Very fast paced. Interviewed with two members of management staff. I would just recommend that the individual does a little research on the company before accepting the job offer. The company culture here is very welcoming. I would recommend to anyone looking to begin a new career in the optical industry with good benefits and good pay.

phone interview first then in person interview . the interview process is fast and simple. typical questions asked during the interview. the manager gives a walk around the lab after.

Had a phone call interview with a recruiter afterwhich I was called in for in-person interview with the team. I was taken around the production floor through different departments where I was shown how production basically works. Then I was interviewed based off of what was shown and taught.
