I was approached by a recruiter & successfully aced three telephone interviews, each with different levels of security personnel within ESRI. Then, the last step was to interview with a security Director at ESRI. I had aced the previous interviews, and the recruiter was sure that I'd ace the completion interview as well. It seemed like a great company with a cool mission and awesome technology. But there is more to come.

The process was lengthy but that's because Esri really want's to know who they are interviewing. You also get a chance to meet a handful of people through the process.
