Initial interview with a recruiter, then an interview with a manager. After that, no updates for a week, and had to reach out multiple times to get a response. When someone finally got back to me, they said they still had no updates, and "might" be able to give me an update the following week on whether I'd be continuing onto the next round of interviews. During this time period, I interviewed for and accepted another position with a different company. I can tell that the recruiter and manager both really wanted the interview process to go quickly, but it seems like higher-ups were dragging their feet.
