I applied directly through the hiring manager on LinkedIn and after a few rounds of conversations that lasted for a month, I got an interview. There were 2 panelists, one was the hiring manager himself, and the other was a senior software engineer. The interview lasted for an hour and a half and 3 weeks later I got an HR call and they sent me the offer letter.
