Pleasant experience through the entire process, with good follow up and communication from each individual. Conversational environment for each interview was well received and enjoyable. Typically done remote unless located near main office location. Be sure to check and double check all your technology works before hand for a smooth process.

Had 2 x phone screenings with Talent team. Was told I did not progress further as they thought I would not be able to support myself on the salary they offered. Which was fine salary and I'd already agreed to the salary.

I did an onsite formal interview at HQ. It was the entire day, with 8 interviewees. Most were conversational/get to know you, a few involved actual interview-like questions about past experience, how you've handled situations, etc.

Lengthy but enjoyable. There were several interviews with various team members that lasted a few weeks. Overall, it was great meeting the team but I think it could have been cut down by several hours.
