J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Esri en mars 2022
Entretien
The interview process went quickly for me. I had my first interview with an HR person a few days after applying and made it to the next round a couple days after that. The second round of interviews included a day full of Zoom interviews with the leadership of the department I was applying for. The last interview of that day was a technical interview that I don't think I did as well at because I was a bit exhausted from my other interviews. Two days later I presented to the same interview group a presentation on a GIS project that I've done (I used my Masters degree capstone) and then had a final interview with the director of the department that was mostly talking about the role itself. A few days later I got an offer. Overall it was a short process for me, maybe a week and a half from start to finish. The questions weren't too hard, just maybe prepare a bit for your technical interview.

It took very long to hear something back in between each phase. There were multiple interviews. Email questionnaire, then phone interview, then video interview. Finally, in person interview with managers.

Question 1
How does your experience prepare you for this role?
Three interviews. Recruiter had horrible communication. Went to an office for 5 hours just to find out I didn’t get the jobs after days of waiting. They even gave me a full office tour….
Easy and multiple steps with hiring manager and team you are interested in joining. Just be yourself and talk about your experiences and how GIS is the best thing ever.
