We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback on your experience with us. Often in our interview process we look at candidates broadly as a fit for the company as opposed to a fit for a certain role. The focus here is on our customers and their success; not putting emphasis on revenue-based objectives allows for a team environment that ultimately drives the best decision for the customer and for Esri.
