The whole interview Process was great, I enjoyed every interaction and the team conversation that I had with the employees.
Coming onto the interview rounds, I enjoyed the way they asked questions arround the practicality of the langauges, services and stacks and how they work, instead of just asking the plain textbook questions.
I personally enjoyed explaining them what I knew on the board.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Explain the architecture of our the app/website that I had been working in my firm. What is aws, kubernetes and its components and how are they used in that architecture.
Several steps in the process. Started with a behavioral phone interview. Next there was a technical phone interview where you were asked technical questions about your resume and then asked to code a simple data structures problem. Finally, there was an all day virtual interview with multiple groups of interviewers who asked technical questions.
I was very impressed with the whole process. They provided guidance on what would be asked in the interview and provided feedback after the interview which was very helpful.

1 Phone Interview (General with Hiring Manager)
1 Phone Interview (Data Structures with Coder-Pad)
Onsite (6 Interviews with Team Members)
No coding questions were asked specifically which tripped me up as interviews are not standard DSA questions on stack/queue/trees/etc. No system design questions were asked either.
Onsite interviews focused exclusively on knowledge skills required for the job. Best way to study is to know the technologies required and the ins/outs.
Due to COVID-19, onsite was conducted in a virtual manner with a small lunch break.
