The interview with the team was quite easy. It took around 3 weeks to make a decision and the HR negotiated an offer with me. I got my offer letter within 3 days of my HR interview.

Say there is a candidate with similar skillsets. How do I prove myself better than the other person
- 2 interviews (one with HR rep and second with manager in specific sector)
- Questions about why GIS, what you bring to the team, etc.
- Team-compatability questions and personality questions in 2nd interview

There were 3 interviews in total. They are curious to learn about what you know about GIS, who you are as a person, they ask a lot of the generic job questions asked in interviews, and some role specific questions as well.
