There were two phone interviews before being invited to Redlands for an in-person interview. The first interview was with a Human Resources professional. Upon successful passage of the initial screening, I then spoke with the engineering lead & two other team members. I was chosen to fly to Redlands but I chose not to attend the in-person interview.
