I want to start by saying that the entire interview process at Erie Insurance was great. All the employees are kind, genuine, and extremely welcoming. I had five 35 minute interviews with various actuaries and those in management. Additionally, a lunch interview for about an hour with an actuary who worked at the company. This was nice because I had the opportunity to speak with someone on a more personal level as opposed to the more formal sit-down interviews. Erie paid for my transportation and meals for the day as well. Overall, a very streamlined and enjoyable process.

Second round consisted of 1-hour lunch with Actuarial analyst, followed by 6 30-min. interviews with HR recruiter and 5 actuarial staff members.

I was emailed about an interview met some very nice people, who assured me the values of Erie insurance. For instance a commitment to family and that Erie insurance cakes it's employees.
