The interview was a lot of them talking and giving you their "pitch." I was interested in the job at first then it became very pushy. When I said I was going to need to start 2 weeks from the interview date (to give my current job a 2 week notice) they didn't seem to mind. Then after they offered me the job they sprung on me that I needed to start tomorrow.
