The first stages of the interview were outsourced to another company. In these stages there was 1 interview for making sure about English level and one more technical. In the last stage, the ones that qualified had an interview with people from Ericsson.

Meeting with multiple team members asking a wide range of questions from networking, system, programming. Asked alot of questions and is expected to wear a large range of hats. I would be cautious on interview, and ask about their documentatiob.
