the interview Process at Ericsson was of four rounds. First Being the coding test which was in a mail then the HR, Next with Manager, then with the Team. In the end there were salary discussions made before accepting the offer. It was a very smooth and fair.

Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave
