I applied online through the Ericsson webpage. A few weeks later, I got an email to schedule a first phone call. This phone call was very informal and with some questions about soft skills. After that, I got an email to schedule an interview at the Ericsson offices. The interview took 45 minutes approximately. There were questions about soft skills, and a few technical questions about the topic of the Master Thesis. Two weeks later, the manager called me to confirm that I was selected for performing that Thesis work.
