Entretien
First they called me on the phone and had generic HR questions like salary, visa, working schedules. Then they sent me a very long personality and IQ test. Eventually, I had a technical "package". The first part was a coding problem where I could use whichever coding language I wanted. Then I received multiple choice questions related to Devops, Kubernetes and Protocolls.
the manager seems no intereset at tech and privious work I did. tech guy is good. most feels like to know the market rather than need a new person. they need a perfect person

1 Behavioral about the position/salary expectation and about the position. The company is on-site or hybrid depending on manager

1: Hablar de la posicion. Es con la reclutadora y te explican de la posicion; 2: Preguntas sobre habilidades tecnicas. Es con un higing manager y te preguntan sobre tus conocimientos sobre habillidades mencionadas en la vacante 3: Prueba de programacion compleja.
