There was an available services engineer position, I applied through a friend who working already in the company and recommended my CV.
I had 2 interviews, one was pure technical and the other was with the HR when I passed the first interview, the HR interview was done over the phone since I was having a business trip with my previous employer and they were kind enough to do the HR interview over the phone as to speed up the process.
The whole recruitment took a lot of time since getting headcount approval is very challenging at Ericsson, so in my case I did the interview before my manager was able to get the headcount approval so that's why it took nearly 4 months to complete the process but of course this was a special case
