Over the course of three weeks, had 2 phone interviews with a VP and a team member. Questions were mostly behavioral, centered around using a specific program. "Give me a situation where you used ... to ..." and etc. Heard back in 2 week's time and on-boarded the next week.

4 telephone rounds by managers and principal consultants. The case interviews was a by a panel of consultant, manager, principal consultant and managing director. They test your ability to think linearly, think on the spot and answer unexpected questions and assess how your perform under pressure.

1. with line manager: walk through the JD. 2.with line manager: talk about the telecom experience and previous key achievement; 3. with line manager + director: make a presentation; 4. with the director: more detailed about the experience he was interested, and some questions about the industry; 5. with HR: talk about the salary and benefit.
