Entretien
Very smooth, applied online for two positions, got called in for interview of on both. People was friendly and professional. Hiring manager present at the first interview and at the second interview HR was present. After that HR took over with standard tests.

Question 1
No surprises, everything was pretty straight forward. Toughest challenge in your carrier etc. None of my colleagues at Ericsson says that they felt that the interview was trick in that since. They are simply looking after the best possible engineer that they can get at the time the add is posted.
