1- a short phone talk with HR: a few general questions
2- a technical Skype interview with two senior group members
3- a Skype interview with the hiring manager and another group member
The hiring manager told me that they will come back to me shortly. However, after my final interview, it took them almost two months to make the decision.

I described my Ph.D. research, then they asked several questions in statistical learning aria such as hypotheses testing. The interview finished with some questions about my programming skills.

Entretien
Experience: HR had no idea of what happens in an interview. Data Scientists are of less experienced in industry related production grade Data Science projects.
They keep on asking on topics which they have worked. No respect towards your expertise or work.
There are 3 technical interviews of 1 hour each but there is no flow or sequence. Every round youwill get same types of generic maths, DS, ML questions.
No depth of discussion
They are not working on cutting-edge technologies.
Suggestions to candidates: Just avoid. It will consume your time and make you of self-doubt. Complete wastage of time.

Got an offer, recruiter was very forceful about verbal acceptance before sending the offer, and then changed the offer in the offer letter without any notification to sneakily slip in a massive reduction.

Interviewed for GAIA India. As some one else pointed in the reviews section, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WASTE TIME . I felt the hiring team and HR could have been more professional. After around 6 rounds of interviews spanning over 2 months they didnt even show basic courtesy to inform the candidate about final decision (even after reminder emails).
Bad bad experience and a complete wastage of time. In between the interviews also they would completely ghost out.
Interviews were mostly repetitive in nature.
