First round was an online test with a few programming, ML and SQL questions. It is followed by onsite interview. Questions were asked on projects done and basic ML concepts. It was a good interview session. But, the worst part about the process is that HR doesn't share the feedback even after a month. They don't even reply to your mails. Having taken a day out from my work, I would expect a feedback. Even if it is a NO, it is fine. Why make people wait for long? It is very unprofessional.
interview process was smooth after hr phone screening i got first managerial round in 2 days. interview was on zoom but person who is taking my interview is in hurry so he wrap it up in 30 min only

The interview process was very smooth and provided great sense of experience. Japan really looks deep into the knowledge of employees and their skills regarding multitasking which is a very positive side.
