Written - Aptitude and English. English of quite high level but repeatition of previous papers.
Aptitude - simple to medium difficulty level. It was followed by an easy going cellular technology basics based technical interview and then an HR interview. (I took it just after graduation). Ironically, no one in the company, except the core HR and of course those from good educational background, would communicate in even a simple fluent English.

none of it was difficult as such. The media(air/electrical/optical) from a phone to an RNC was the toughest they asked. Some questions on transmission protocols were there, but that wasn part of the Graduate course so they went easy with it.

It was 1 day long, not very hectic, started from 10am and ended at 6pm, at the end of the process they revealed who were selected so didnt have to wait long, written round was well organised as well as techincal and HR interview.

Average difficulty, based on telecom domain such as GSM structure, cell clustering etc, purely telecom techincal interview, HR round was good also, before that the written round was average difficulty and well organised.

Technical round face to face.
Telephonic hr interview and other communication through mail and telephone. But the total recruitment process was very long close to a month and a half. Recruitment process must be made faster.
