1st Round: Recruiter interview: Typical background, behaviors questions.
2nd Round: Interview with Senior Managers: Experience background, questions about 3G/4G technologies roadmap and challenges.
3rd Round: Interview with Director: questions like: why should we hire you? Key experiences you have that will make an impact in our business.
Technical questions were very very easy…
Salary negotiation: No room for base salary negotiation. Sing in Bonus was fine.

I applied on 16th of January 2021, called for interview on 4th of March 2021 (to have it on the same day via MS Teams), received verbal offer on March 8th and final offer March 17th (after a few approvals).
Background verification took almost 2 weeks, and the whole process from interview till onboarding almost 6 weeks.

I had interview with a director (my manager) and 2 other project managers (my peers). Since I was a previous Ericsson employee almost all the questions were related to XLPM/PROPS-C process (Ericsson project management methodology) and telco rollout process and lifecycle...
A few questions about working in Matrix environment and escalation path, customer engagement and stakeholder management.
Not many behavioral questions.

Two interviews with about four people total, the first lasting 45 minutes, the second lasting an hour and a half. The hiring decision took about four or five weeks. Did not seem long given the circumstances.
