Face to Face, 2 sets on interviews with a panel of 3 interviewers. Final round with Unit head and HR. Technical focus initially then project experience and knowledge and finally the attitude and flexibility checks.

Ericsson have a very straight forward and quick 2-stage interview.
Stage 1 was a HR interview to discuss my previous experience and see if I sounded like a good fit for the role.
Stage 2 was an in-person interview where you present a pre-assessment. I very much liked this stream lined approach.
