I’ve completed a multi-stage interview process that included traveling to Riyadh during the peak of Riyadh Season. While I was happy to invest the time and resources to meet the team in person, the post-interview experience has been disappointing.
The communication following the interview was handled poorly. When I reached out for an update, the recruiter rather than providing feedback from the hiring team, she directed me to contact another person via an email address that turned out to be invalid.
I believe that a candidate’s time and effort should be met with professional courtesy. Directing a candidate toward dead-end contact info instead of providing a transparent update is unnecessary and reflects poorly on the recruitment culture. While I understand that not every interview leads to an offer, clear and honest communication should always be the baseline.

It was fine as they hired me for foreign language but when actually came at floor nothing related to language And only monotonous hr work was done everyday, management is not good at all. lot of mental harassment takes place.
