At first it was just a phone call with the company’s talent recruiter and then I was invited for an in-person interview with one department and then had another interview a week later with the actual department I’d be working with. Finally, had one more call with the person who would be my direct supervisor. Wasn’t too bad, it felt like a lot only because I had talked with about 7 different people on 3 separate occasions but I could understand why.
