Entretien
The first interview was a phone interview with Human Resources at the Corporate office in Chicago. I was told they would make selections for an in-person interview in about two weeks. Today is two weeks and I haven't heard back from them yet. The person I interviewed with contacted me by email and set up a time for a phone interview the next week. She called me promptly at the interview time.

The interviewer was very professional and put me at ease right away. She had obviously read my resume and asked me specific questions about my accounting experience, what I thought were my strengths and weaknesses, and about gaps in my work experience. The interviewer was well prepared and asked the usual job interview questions. I think we talked for about 20 minutes - I didn't feel rushed and felt like she was able to learn enough about me to determine if I would be a good fit for this company/this position. I hope to have the opportunity to go for an in-person interview.

Applied online, received email to request a phone interview with Corporate HR (Chicago, IL), Corporate HR then emailed to request an in-office interview with a two-person panel. About a week later, I received a job offer.

Manager had a list of questions, including listing 3 things about myself, what I liked and disliked at my last job, what is my preferred office setting, etc
