Applied by dropping my cv at the HQ in Upperhill Nairobi and was called for an interview 3 months later. The interview was not very dificult and it was a pannel of 3 people.

A panel Interview. Interviewers can be rude. But one was very pleasant. I could tell this is a toxic place to work in with little pay. All in all, it’s one of the best banks in kenya but you must be willing to work hard with little pay

Applied on their portal Taleo and then received an interview invite online. I was asked about myself and was guided through the question. More questions were for the role I applied for, to see whether I knew what I am getting myself to. And lastly completed the interview with a demo. Received feedback within a month after the interview.
