The second interview was about compensation plan and they have you fill out a business model. Last interview we continued our talk on compensation and the timeline of employment. They offered me the position.

They called me after applying online, asking questions about my upcoming graduation and interest in a role like this. We scheduled a phone interview for the following week. I received an email confirming that the manager would be calling me at our scheduled time. When it came around to the date, they never called. It has been 2 weeks, and they never reached out, but from Indeed they confirmed that they moved on with the hiring process.
