It was an interesting experience. I had read reviews on glassdoor prior to the interview and was apprehensive as to what my interviewer was saying. The job isn't a scam, there is room for growth if you're the seller type that's okay with asking everyone you know if they want life insurance. I wasn't crazy about selling insurance to family and friends, so I chose to decline the position.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
