I submitted my resume through my university's career center and received a phone call asking me to schedule a phone "interview". This interview lasted about 10 minutes and really consisted of a summary of what the job entails. I was then asked to go into their office for a longer, in-person interview.

You do an introductory call, then an in-person meeting, and finally a business plan presentation. This take place over a couple weeks and as long as you are confident and somewhat professional and are up for what the role requires, you will get through the interview process.
