The interview process was fine, but I was left completely stranded without any communication. I was originally contacted by a representative from their Jacksonville branch, however, I informed her that I was planning on staying in Miami. She told me to interview with her anyways and that she would transfer me to the Miami branch to interview there. After our interview, she confirmed that she changed my account to the Miami location and that they would contact me to continue the interview process. That never happened. I haven't heard anything from anyone at Equitable since that last interview which was well over a month ago. The only reason I didn't follow up myself was because I was already interviewing with other firms and didn't think it was worth my time to get back in the interview process with a company that didn't care about hiring me.
