I interviewed for this company a while back. Not only was the recruiter 30 minutes late, but she was speaking so fast that everything sounded scripted. In addition to that, she only asked two trick questions in order to tell me in less than 5 minutes that since I did not tell them I wanted a fully commission based salary, I was not a good fit and abruptly ended the call after. They should have clarified their salary expectations in the job description instead of wasting my time by asking trick questions.

1) Our company has two career paths for you, do you want to be an advisor or analyst?
- I responded advisor since that was the job that I applied for.
2) Salary preferences? Our company offers 3 choices: yearly salary, only commission based (unpaid for the first couple months), half commission half yearly.
- I responded yearly since she made it sound as if I was being offered a choice, but I got rejected on the spot. Now that I think about it, I probably would have been rejected if I chose analyst in the previous question as well.
- They barely asked me anything about myself at all, the recruiter was rude, and a supposed 15-30 minute call ended in less than 5 minutes. Don't waste your time applying here.

Online video interview that was vague on job duties. Interview length was fast and convincing I was a good fit but there was no follow up. Company will ghost you.
