J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Equitable Advisors (Dallas, TX) en janv. 2018

It was straight forwards. A phone call interview and then an in person meet. The hiring/on-boarding process seems to be be a little disjointed. Once the application and interview has been completed you have t get licensed and the communication from the licensing coordinators is poor. Management just seems to want younger professionals so that they are not as disgruntled at how poor their compensation will be. It is almost purely commission based beyond a couple thousand dollars once contracted.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
