Phone interview, Tech interview, then a Management interview to seal the deal. Management interview was cancelled without warning, they were not at all flexible on when this meeting would be held and upon finding out a conflict on the time they chose and having to reschedule, they decided to just cancel it. This to me shows they are not a company that I would trust the word of, they obviously aren't too interested in the candidates time. It is not like I had missed the interview, either. My suggestion : look elsewhere, unless you like being cancelled on randomly, and without explanation.
