Phone interview followed by in person interview. Phone screen was nice. Recruiter asked more about my background and why I was interested in working at Equinox. Then walked me through the expectations of the role. Second round was in person with the fitness manager and the training manager.

One phone screening and three in-person interviews. Each interview had an increase in meeting with upper management per interview. Ended with being drilled with many difficult questions. They were seeking confident and very experienced personal trainers.
