J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Equinox (San Francisco, CA) en oct. 2015
Entretien
I applied through Indeed.com and received an email from the general manager about 3 weeks later asking if I were still interested. When I went for my interview I met the general manager and the front desk manager. The interview was more of a chat about my background, and basic interview questions. Both managers seemed to have a strange energy between them, like as if they had a huge funny private joke between them and they were trying to keep from laughing. Constantly catching each other's eyes and grinning. Also, the manager almost laughed when I told him my expected salary. It was only 2 dollars more than they offered, yet he acted like I were asking for $50 a hour. That was very annoying and enough to make me not take the job when I were offered. That and the pay was brutal.
Quick on the phone screen then one in-person interview. The phone screen was asking about who you are, interest and baseline experience. In person is more about what you would be a good fit, interest within the industry, and scheduling.
It was a straightforward, single interview with the manager. Nothing hard just the basic interview questions and questions about your past experience in customer service. It was easy and not threatening
The interview process felt like a conversation, yes it is important to talk about professional skills but I liked that they also focused on you as a person in the process.
