I called in to ask if the Manager was Available & Came in to have an Interview Conversation. It was Candid, Casual, but Professional. Charm is effective in First Impressions. Competence & Confidence is Not in the Words you Say, it is in your Voice, Mannerism & Body Language, which is Sub-verbal.

I came in originally for a front desk position. They told me they weren't hiring front desk at the time gave me the run down of the cafe and called me that same day.
