- first phone screening, followed by an introductory call and then roundtable interview where candidate needs to give a presentation (roleplay, mock customer presentation), which you have about one week to prepare

not really applicable, as it's mainly around how you deal with the roleplay / customer presentation (they do ask some technical and some operational questions during the presentation, but it largely depends on your content and presentation)
