The interview process was straightforward, though scheduling conflicts prevented a panel format. Instead, I participated in five one-on-one interviews with internal stakeholders and colleagues across different departments. While this did extend the interview process, it wasn't by much. It was about 8 weeks from the time I first submitted my online application to the day I received a verbal offer.

Interview process was structured well and HR team was quick to respond to queries and providing feedback. Initial call with HR, following by 1st interview with hiring manager(s), followed by culture interview with a panel of members of the legal team.
