Fairly classic four-stage interview process. First stage was a very simple HR qualification (confirmation of current salary, nationality, previous roles etc). Second stage was 121 (via Zoom of course) with the hiring manager, I think testing my understanding of the role, and personality fit. Third stage was a presentation to several close and extended team members, again I believe testing not only expertise but also personality. Final round was with the functional EVP which was very cordial. At that it was my impression that the conversation had flipped from me selling myself, to the EVP selling the virtues of Equinix.
