Two key hiring executives - as the role had both a geographic and functional reporting responsibility with one dotted line. Those executives performed initial interviews, and both spoke with me by phone (repeatedly) and in person. There was a tour of an Equinix facility to see me in the environment and interacting with a member of the Operations team. And there were many other interviews - 11 more interviewers, I believe, most in person. This allowed me to meet many key stakeholders with whom I'd soon be working.
