Structured process that involved working with recruiter as a screening interview, then meeting hiring manager and finally a panel interview with cross functional interviewers. Gave me a good insight to the role and the people.

Question 1
Describe how I had worked internationally to get deals closed, wheat chalets that created and how I overcame them.
Easy and comfortable, the conversation flowed naturally and at no point in time did they make me feel pressured. Questions were very much about experience and interpersonal matters and less so about case studies though which was unexpected.

Entretien
Very lengthy with numerous people who do not even know who you are when you join the call. They claim that they want to train someone and then reject you after many rounds due to lack of experience! The most misleading waste of time in my life!
