Had a phone interview with HR consisting of basic questions (strengths, weaknesses). Proceeded to in-person interview with 3 of the research staff (what you know about Equilar, picking apart the resume) which also contained a skills test (reading comprehension, simple math). Then came a presentation several weeks later about executive perquisites in from of several heads of departments (be prepared for several questions), some face time with the CEO and then some more chatting with staff members. HR was very professional, others not so much. The culture oozes micromanagement, the staff dodge questions about turnover, and generally the feel of the office is quite stale. Overall a decent experience due to their solid HR representative, but otherwise stiff and limited staff members. No laughter, no smiling - it's like corporate without the pay.

first round is a phone screen that starts with basic questions, such as whether you need sponsorship and your GPA, followed by questions about your familiarity with the company’s goal and products and some general behavioral questions; second round is a 45-minute online assessment with two parts that tests your attention to detail; third round is a 1-hour interview that focuses on discussing materials they will send you in advance. HR is very responsive and typically schedules one interview per week, and since there're suppose to be another two rounds (one is a presentation and another is talk with an exec person?), the entire process might takes about a month
