things started off with a telephone screening with the talent acquisition specialist. panel interview with manager and assistant managers. synopsis of company and team and then pointed behavioral interview questions. i then received a call within a week with the offer. it was encouraged to not ask to counter-offer. i was unaware there would be no bonus; if i would have known, or would have counter-offered for a higher salary.
