I appreciate HR who described interview process well in details. Surely 5 star In second round Interview with another BA was excellent as questions were around what i have done and prove those points. Will give same 5 stars. Third round was more of like real world workshop. Although approach is Surely great, i felt gap in communication of what to expect from interview from reality. Also one interviewer who was quite young seems to had limited understanding on various way BA deals and was only expecting specific answer to knowledge what he had. So would give 2 out of 5 in this round.

The interview is 3 stages 1 - You discuss opportunity with talent team member 2 - assess your skills, role play and playback your answers 3- interview with Senior team member who then goes through the cv and asks more questions.
