OK until the technical interview. Interviewers were excessively focused on one specific skill (TDD), ignoring my 20 years commercial experience in favour of a skill that any developer would pick up easily within days when practicing professionally.

I rushed a solution. They want a very simple implementation, good design, extendable, tested, easy to comprehend.
