I applied and a recruiter reached out for a phone screening asking about my availability. I provided times, saying what could work, but needed a heads up to block off time, and did not hear back. I had to follow up two days later and they picked a time but did not relay it to me. Moved forward to a standard second video interview. Over a week later I tried to follow up to gain feedback and was told it would be provided the next day. Never heard back from anyone.
