I applied via LinkedIn and contacted the Director of Customer Success to see if she would be interested in speaking more about the position. My first interview was remote with the Customer Success Director. It took about an hour and she asked me about my specific experiences with clients. I was invited to a second in-person interview at their offices with the Customer Success Director, the CEO, and the COO. The overall experience from first interview to notification of another candidate being selected was just over 2 weeks. Very casual conversational interview process which helped put me at ease. 9/10 would interview here again.

Entretien
The time from application to interviewing moved pretty quickly and seemed positive, then the company ghosted on me. I interviewed with one cofounder, who then had me interview online about 2 weeks later with another cofounder and the business developer. Pretty routine questions about working with clients, difficult situations, etc. I followed up with my initial contact thanking them for the opportunity to talk and expressed my continuing interest, and never heard back.
